put my room on non smoking floor and i always stay on 4rh floor smoking ,since basically july of last year for

they stated that we had to re-book something else & all they had was 1 smoking room for $20 more than

smoking rooms require an ashtray, mine didn't have one...

i booked a nonsmoking room, upon arrival i was advised the entire hotel was a smoking hotel

cleaned, bathroom door was damaged by a punch mark, drug paraphernalia in the toilet tank, only smoking room

it had a smoke smell first entering it and suppose to be no smoking

the room smelled like a smoking room even though it was none smoking

room i book was supposed to be a non smoking room but there was an overwhelming smell of smoke

the room was non smoking and it didn't smell but there was a hole in the bed sheet .
