very bad cigarette smoke smell for a non-smoking room

smelled like smoke even through it was non smoking room

i thought i had signed up for a non-smoking room but was told that none was available

smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke causing all of my clothes, bags and personal items to smell

loved everything about element especially the breakfast

i actually live down the street i just took my kids to the new hotel because they watched it being built

and pillows was comfortable, plenty of parking for large vehicles and trailers, staff was
