booked a king bed smoking room & ended up with a double bed smoking room bc of a broken a/c unit

rusted hangers stained sheets with burn holes in them (in a non-smoking room) the whole carpet was damp and

wanted a non- smoking room

i stayed it was perfect but there always booked and the second time i stayed i asked for a non smoking room and

no smoking room smelled like smoke..people randomly hanging out smoking. felt a little ghetto.

i specifically asked for a 2nd floor room, non-smoking and a king bed when i made the reservation 3 days in

the comforter had cigarette burns and i ordered a non-smoking room....

put me in a smoking room when i requested a non smoking room and was told all the rooms are no smoking

breakfast was only out until 9am. i slept in and missed it. they should keep it open until 10am.

were woken up to someone smoking and when i told the front desk clerk i was just told i ll look into it

i used the laundry and the dryer had no air flow to take moisture out of unit

the parking was a little hard to get in and out of.

when they did gather it was in the outer parking lot where they may grill and just visit quietly

small parking lot. we are both disabled and would have to park out with a 1 ton dually.

water never got hot,not really warm, parking lot was mt, most working at the plants, this was 1am and 7am

it was no breakfast available no coffee at all.

the continental breakfast was gone by the time i got there.

it was only basic channels but the free wifi was a big help so i could watch on my ipad

which i dont understand because that was a non smoking room

they put me in a smoking room, when i asked for no smoking

had nowhere to sit at the pool ice machine did i have no ice
