the night clerk at the desk was very helpful as i had booked a king sized non smoking room through booking

they installed cameras and lights for parking lots and felt extremely safe

problem with door lock, rent towels, no tv remote, no wifi, no food/coffee, cover on ac/heat unit falls off

i felt like my car was safe in the parking lot

stained chairs, closet pole fell off, wifi never worked due to security concerns with connections, very old

smelled terrible and obviously it was a smoking room whereas i requested

our no smoking room was butted against a smoking room so we kept smelling it from them

my room i asked for non smoking you gave me smoking i tried to change told me no

the location is close to alot of things smoking rooms spacious rooms with nice bathrooms

check in was super fast and super easy. and they had smoking rooms. a lot of hotels don t.

room was very clean, and since it was a smoking room, when you walked in, it didn't have that smoke smell

the parking lot had holds it was a mass because they are trying to remodel.

the parking lot was 100% under construction - ended up with an asthma attack from the dust/dirt and had
