we arrived at the hotel to find out they had placed us in smoking rooms

booked a king room smoking bit got double queen

ordered a smoking room an the girl that was on that night she was changing my stuff an i ended up getting one

since they allow smoking it is used heavily, but it doesn't remove the smell, just kind of covers it

i had a none smoking

room had bugs and asked for non smoking and supposed to have a sleeper sofa the room had a smoking odor to it

it said no smoking but it smelt like smoke

additionally, our room was non smoking but the smoke odor from another room found its' way into ours

all rooms should be non smoking for people like me with breathing problems

by some mistake we were given a smoking room at first, but it was changed right away

guests congregating outside, smoking, drinking, etc

stopped here on the way to destin, it s pretty bad, the room said non smoking but had an ash tray in it and

requested a king-smoking when i booked & was originally put in room 211

that being said, we booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room

it wasn't disclosed that the pool was not open before booking, or i would not have booked there

the breakfast room was very warm, at least needs added fans

still harassed me 2-the hotel structurally falling apart 3-the men that works there is rude4-the pool location

the lobby and breakfast area are very nice

the rooms need a little maintenance and refurbishing. the pool could use some sprucing up a bit.

also i mistakenly chose smoking room and they gave me nonsmoking room on arrival at my request
