put me in a room sink was leaking and then charged me for laundry because i cleaned up the leak with their towels

the bar advertised was closed for good

work, there were ants in the room, cigarette holes in the sheets and stains, only one small bar of soap, towels

both times i booked a king size smoking room, both times i was put into a different room

the bathroom had a really bad smoking odor. despite being in a non-smoking room.

they still have smoking rooms, this is becoming more and more rare

i reserved a non-smoking room and ended up in a stinking smoke-filled dump

it is a pet friendly hotel and we saw plenty of them

service was exceptional from the front desk, to the f&b staff that organized breakfast to housekeeping

and i understand the only room option we had was a smoking room, but the smell was so strong, we had to spray

room clearly hadn't been non-smoking for very long and had quite a strong odor to it

hotel changed my reservation to a smoking room and would not change it back

i have allergies and asthma and i specifically asked for non smoking room

the heavy airfreshioner to cover the history of smoking in the room.
