the staff were allowing smoking inside the restaurant and when we brought it up, we were the ones to be moved

to dislike other than smoking acceptable anywhere but even the smokers were courteous as to where they smoked

i also didn t like the fact that smoking is allowed in the bar area (i m a smoker myself) - it really stank

this property literally encourages smoking

concerning was a serious incident involving a staff member who was visibly drinking alcohol and smoking a

reception was very slow, booking for smoking room but no ashtray to find anywhere

from the reception staff to the porters, the housekeeping team, the restaurant and kitchen staff, the servers

would have liked there to be more bars open throughout the day

excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast

are very welcoming and very helpful hotel is very clean breakfast is top notch the gym is top top notch, have

room service is very expensive more than uk prices

with a fabulous swimming pool and a fully equipped gym who would want to leave

it really made things convenient for us as we were travelling with kids

now on booking they say that the rooms are non smoking - that is not entirely true as you as a guest can get

smoking is allowed indoors, and on top of that, an excessive amount of cleaning chemicals is used,

couldn t get wifi in the room

food from the restaurant was good as well, and room service was relatively cheap

pool bar didn t open til late afternoon, some staff were a bit rude .

my room was clean and spacious, overlooking the pool and it s a nice area there if you want to just chill

we liked having the pool to come back to after our day exploring agadir

said that they dont provide them 2nd bad thing is that the wifi connection was awful

which was good im giving a lower rating because the hotel did not provide a hair dryers and the wifi was non

very slow at times (did notice a difference when different management working) especially at breakfast or removing

room i had was very smelly (old sweat and smoking residus

wifi worked fine which was a relief as i had to search for another hotel the next day

only thing was the wifi signal sometimes became a little weak

needed a few more utensils in the kitchen area

room has old furniture/ poor tv and poor wi fi / the website indicate non smoking room , but room has ashtray

one should be aware that smoking is not prohibited inside the rooms.
