i got a smoking room when i requested a non smoking room

were put in a room that clearly has had multiple smokers in it, even with non-smoking requested

problem was i had a non-smoking room with pet friendly

i didnt realize i booked smoking rooms (my fault) but the smell was horrible

was given a smoking room when i requested non smoking

not sure about whether security was available, but other guests were outside their room doors smoking the smelly

we were charged a $100 deposit and part of the deal breaker list was smoking in the room, stained up/or

non smoking room smelled like smoke

due to non smoking room some people were sitting outside in cars and one, hopefully guest , was just walking

no ashtrays for smoking room

didn't like that the hotel had some metal sticking out from under the bed as well as the pool closed too early

my kids enjoyed the pool when my children are happy it makes me happy

i called before i rented a room and they told me that the pool was up and running

requested smoking rooms and they gave us non smoking rooms and my room didn't have a refrigerator we had to

even though it was a non-smoking room there were a few cigarette holes in the blanket that i had to report so

had stains, cigarette burns in the sheets and smelled like cigarettes even though room was none smoking

ask for non smoking room but sheets had cigarettes burns. swimming pool not clean.

coffee maker had no pot trash cans had no bags wanted a handicap but not smoking

are hanging out, drinking, smoking weed, and loud music

room had a stocked kitchen, including stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pans, dishes, and

had a kitchenette and a living room area with a sofa / pull out bed

by for 3 days i was there, area sketchy af, people fighting in rooms, loud arguing at night in parking lot

reserved a non smoking room

i had to stay in a smoking room the first night bc that s was only one available and the smell was too strong
