rooms had no heaters during freezing weather, non smoking room smelled very badly like cigarettes

didn't like the amount of people who were smoking pot in public places, on the stairs and in front of rooms

it didn't smell like cigarettes in the non-smoking room

there was no rooms available for non smoking and since i didn t make a preference it was chosen for me
