was placed in a smoking room when i reserved non smoking

had two instead of three pillows the room i got just could have been better no ashtrays for a smoking room toliet

the bedding in my non-smoking room had burns in it

asked for non smoking, got a nasty stinking smoking room

up on the woods behind the hotel, boxes of empty beer cans by the door and small groups of people smoking and

other guests smoking near my front door

i preordered 2 smoking rooms a week in advanced and there was none

place that i ever stayed no body wants to work there and even smile on you, so dirty rooms and smoking everywhere

the non smoking building smelled like an ashtray
