i asked to move to a non-smoking room (they moved me quickly and easily) i moved into a much better room, nice

place was dirty, our room needed repair, can still smell smoking, the furniture were junk and stained

great location to do things in the glades and the keys, plenty of parking space and parallel to the busy dixie

be clean but i was worried based on what i saw on the towels and the condition of the maintenance/laundry area

decent size refrigerator and parking close to room if you weren't too late getting in.

not work, no microwave in room, changed to a different room and just as bad only they put mein a smoking room

reserved a smoking room and when i went to get my room they told me they don't have no smoking rooms

one would assume that if a maid found evidence that guests were smoking in a non-smoking room that it would be

there were people on the property openly smoking pot and nothing was done

stay was ok but didn't like that there where people drinking outside and smoking marijuana

the pool

pool was dirty, hardly any water, location was horrible, inside looked like everything was bolted

friendly staff , great parking, amazing service and pretty pool area great for relaxing

back up to door to unload. clean pool. friendly people.

wifi is great privacy great spacious table chairs mini fridge and microwave cable ready

water didn t get hot , the sheets and bedding was dirty, dead bugs on the floor, the wifi or the tv didn t

was no wifi

wifi was terrible

the wifi is wonky

room service should be extended to midnight add more snacks in the store(milk for kids)

my wife loved the spa - let her tell you in her own words: 'i had a manicure / pedicure
