room was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke, the pool didn t look very clean, the

smelled smoke in the non-smoking room

where supposed to be smoking and blankets had burn s and carpet had burns ,sheets were torn

staff insulted us when we expressed displeasure at the smoking room

which apparently it was my fault for picking a smoking room

work knob was missing and the room was clear at end of hall in a corner due to not having enough smoking rooms

suppose to be a smoking room they said o well we dont have one available the 1st room the remote missing batteries

t work, carpet looked like they forgot to vacuum we asked for a smoking room but only those were on the third
