conditioning did not work, tv had poor sound, could not figure the shower out smoking room with no ash

room was marked as a non-smoking room, but it seemed like it has been a smoking room recently

asked for non smoking, but believed the room had been smoked in.

i booked a double queen non smoking back in january, 2 months prior

i request smoking room n they gave me non smoking room
