booked a nonsmoking room but was given a smoking room

requested a non smoking room, it wasn't and front desk said it was

desk, manager or owner of the property harassed my children, and i was supposed to be in a non-smoking room,

they don't serve breakfast. pool was shut down (not covid related). tv in our room didn't work.

not eat breakfast as we met family for breakfast
