booked a smoking room because i smoke

booked a king room, smoking, and was given a non-smoking double

i was given two smoking rooms, pool was green, charged extra $$ for incidentals after leaving

accidentally reserved a smoking room and the staff stated they couldn't change it even though i hadn't paid

non-smoking room smelled like last guest smoked in room

reserved for non smoking and got told i reserved 2 smoking rooms

we originally got the king suit smoking room but it wasn't cleaned so he said he'd put us in a different one,

a smoking room, but upon arrival there were none available

said it was non-smoking, but that was not the case

walls in room were dirty and the non smoking room, reeked of cigarette smoke

they didn't refund the cash deposit for the room due to the made up fact that i had been smoking in the room

smelled like cigarettes in our non-smoking room

for a non smoking room but you could tell room had been smoked in

even though it was a smoking room, it didn't smell bad

with a fridge, microwave, coffemachine, hairdresser, a tv set a little behind the time, free wifi and a silent

the rooms have been remodeled at this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works great and it s a very

we traveled with a pet and they gave us a room accommodating us taking him out.

it was a place to stay. beds were ok. they had wifi.

staff was very nice, rooms were clean. not much breakfast but everything was great.

they would have been doing breakfast but its understandable considering the circumstances and there wasn't enough

there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallways our non smoking room was fine though

with respiratory issues could have major issues or maybe have door that is directly linked to the smoking rooms

people are smoking in the rooms & it sets them off

i understand there is smoking allowed, but i would think something could be in place to prevent such a stench

did not use the fitness center

i was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was and room to sit and enjoy

he was able to put me in a pet friendly room so i could have my cat

people that were not guest were using facilities wifi walking on and off property

breakfast was ok, quietness

are very friendly and although i originally (accidentally) booked a smoking room they quickly fixed it for me

that it had smoking rooms

to have a smoking room

maybe smoking urn for the cigarette butts for the quest that smoke.

we also loved the non-smoking and handicap accessible room to fit our needs
