the staff were allowing smoking inside the restaurant and when we brought it up, we were the ones to be moved

to dislike other than smoking acceptable anywhere but even the smokers were courteous as to where they smoked

i also didn t like the fact that smoking is allowed in the bar area (i m a smoker myself) - it really stank

this property literally encourages smoking

concerning was a serious incident involving a staff member who was visibly drinking alcohol and smoking a

reception was very slow, booking for smoking room but no ashtray to find anywhere

from the reception staff to the porters, the housekeeping team, the restaurant and kitchen staff, the servers

would have liked there to be more bars open throughout the day

my room was clean and spacious, overlooking the pool and it s a nice area there if you want to just chill

lock on door needs replacing restaurant/cafe/pool bar - all advertised separately but all one area

doesn t match the pictures, even the bed sheets were not clean, the stuff were not helpful, the wifi isn t

time my room was at the bottom end of the pool facing onto a casino that opens until 5am and it was noisy

a gym was was pretty impressive so much equipment

with a fabulous swimming pool and a fully equipped gym who would want to leave

the gym was the best hotel gym i've ever seen and as a gymrat it was amazing to see the care and time

are very welcoming and very helpful hotel is very clean breakfast is top notch the gym is top top notch, have

smoking is allowed indoors, and on top of that, an excessive amount of cleaning chemicals is used,

now on booking they say that the rooms are non smoking - that is not entirely true as you as a guest can get

the hotel is connected to a bar and an elegant disco, but this was not noisy at all

hotel has nice rooms with tv, hairdryer, room service and a really nice shower

location good/ breakfast fresh and tasty and staff always accommodating and considerate.

room i had was very smelly (old sweat and smoking residus

wifi worked fine which was a relief as i had to search for another hotel the next day

only thing was the wifi signal sometimes became a little weak
