we were told the entire place was non smoking

the people in the room next to us were smoking (against hotel policy) and smoking weed

no smoking rooms and windows dont open

were people smoking weed in their room and it was flooding the hallway

i first arrived at the room at the hotel what that they gave me was a smokingroom
