we arrived at the hotel, there was a biker next to the handicap parking directly in front of the room that my

staff was rude and kept harping on not smoking, and we don't smoke

now mind you, only smoking rooms were available and no one in my party smokes

having a smoking room on the first floor.

we did not get a non-smoking room. it was filled with smoke. disgusting

clean, key and 2 lights didn t work, non smoking room smelled of smoke, gap at the bottom of the door, dirty
