for some reason my friend was put on another floor and in a smoking room

also, the hallways smelt of smoke due to the smoke pouring out of the approved smoking rooms

we were on the second floor and had to turn the air off because people were smoking right below our window

there were people coming and going by my room all times of day and night, and smoking cigarettes

despite requesting non-smoking room, there was a very strong smoke odor in the room

check in, very clean, nice staff, plenty of off street parking

i was made to feel unimportant, told to move my truck from the far parking lot onto where they want trucks

cars abandoned in parking lot

place wasn't as busy as those on the freeway so parking was no problem like others are if arriving late

nothing, but could have gotten a better breakfast.
