the non smoking room left my clothes reeking of stale smoke (3 days later)

room was a non-smoking, but our room smelled of stale smoke

the room did smell like it was at one time a smoking room

wish they had more non-smoking rooms

traveled with my dog and the only room left that was pet friendly was a smoking room

guest where sitting in front of my room on stairs making noise and smoking in the middle of the night

friendly staff, room was clean and orderly, fridge, wifi, basic essentials covered

poor free wifi (impossible to connect) pet not free limited

the parking lot lights at night could be seen through the curtain

convenient to everything. cost was comparable to other places. smoking room was a plus

smoking king bed arrived no king available even called prior to booking and tried over charging

i was givenn a non smoking room

in bedspread/old/dirty mattress old/uncomfortable parking lot/sidewalks/steps/entrance not cleaned off of snow

wifi wasn't available as advertised.

staff was nice, and when online booked us for a smoking room, was able to fix it for us

i booked a smoking room and it could not be changed

need to move the employee smoking area away from the room we stayed in wife cant stand to smell the

still needs remodeled only half completed still smells like smoke in non smoking rooms

smelt like cigarettes when it was a non smoking room. somethings needed work
