room smelled musty and smokey even though requested non-smoking

staff did notify me that i had accidentally booked a smoking room and changed the booking for me

got a smoking room with our two kids, i was highly upset

leaked, lights didn't work, phone didn't work, sheets smelled like cigarettes (they have some smoking rooms),

checked in and went into our non smoking room and noticed the smell of cigarettes throughout the room
