was top overcrowded with lots of young people (wondering if they were really hotel customers) smoking, drinking

spent 3 days in hotel, they couldn't fix the light in smoking area ,which was so dark and can be dangerous for

room service wasnt up to standard expected, the floor was dirty when we checked in and we have to

proximity to linens risk being inadvertently collected during housekeeping and sent to external laundry services
