a non-smoker, i was given a room close to smoking hotel room

i asked for a non-smoking room, yet there was an ashtray on the table.

the wifi was awful

wifi horrible. very disturbing when you need to be updated about professional issues.

which extremely inconvenient when travelling with a stroller i would also suggest to add : a room service menu

the breakfast room, which is also a bar in the evening was really lovely, a little bit of calm away from the
