reserved a non-smoking room and i was given a smoking room and was told that i must have booked wrong and

some of the non smoking rooms smell like someone was smoking in them

i didn't realize that the room was for smoking, they couldn't change us to a non-smoking room because there

they was parking but told by the worker we still can t park there

there was only a few parking , so i had to park on the other side everything else was

smoking section smells too bad, sheets, towels and everything have a very strong smell, perhaps

i cancel my reservation because they no have non smoking room available

building 3 upstairs has a cigarette smoke smell but not in the non-smoking room i occupied

heating function didn't work (room 323), it smelled a little bit like cigarette (it was a non-smoking room) and

fact that i booked a smoking room and when tried smoking smoke detector went off other than that it was

booked my reservation for a king room, non smoking
