my room was cleaned daily and i got fresh towels thanks to the lovely lady named fatima, and the breakfast was

the wifi is slightly slow and far just a bit from our position,

very slow at times (did notice a difference when different management working) especially at breakfast or removing

calm surroundings especially the pool area , the pool guy is also always keeping the pool clean and well

smoking in the restaurant was allowed which is illegal but not enforced

the staff were allowing smoking inside the restaurant and when we brought it up, we were the ones to be moved

we began eating our meal in the restaurant, when a women sat directly beside me began smoking which was absolutely

breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and omg the coffee and hot chocolate was perfect fresh orange juice we

hotel truly is stunning my only complaint is that the wifi is extremely slow in the rooms but we had e-sims so

most staff were very friendly and happy the room service was great

amazing facilities, a generous breakfast, very helpful and kind staff, and an amazing gym

reception staff also nice along with housekeeping but the lobby bar and room service staff are exceptionally

concerning was a serious incident involving a staff member who was visibly drinking alcohol and smoking a

smoking was allowed in all public areas

from the beginning where we were upgraded to a sea and pool view room, to the last day of being looked after

now on booking they say that the rooms are non smoking - that is not entirely true as you as a guest can get

smoking is allowed indoors, and on top of that, an excessive amount of cleaning chemicals is used,

reception stuff were great, we had an early check in, the free upgrade of the room, the hotel tour

pool bar didn t open til late afternoon, some staff were a bit rude .

hotel and excellent food, the restaurant and swimming pool are just incredible, i hope i will come back soon

stank of cigarettes we asked for a non smoking room it stank

one should be aware that smoking is not prohibited inside the rooms.
