i booked a non-smoking room but somehow it got messed up and they gave me a smoking room

had to walk behind the office in an enclosed outdoor area behind the pool, where 2 employees were smoking before

no coffee pot on the room and no breakfast, the ice machine is in the office, but the office door stays locked
