had two instead of three pillows the room i got just could have been better no ashtrays for a smoking room toliet

the bedding in my non-smoking room had burns in it

asked for non smoking, got a nasty stinking smoking room

you made me john hilton honors so i could use wifi dont regularlly recibe my check out receipt

staff was friendly and free shuttle service made life easier
