smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke

i made a booking error (smoking room - yuck) but they were very accommodating and switched us to a non-smoking

booked a king smoking room through bookings and when i arrived at the location was then told there was no king

room they put us in had a broken bed 2nd room they put us in we were told was non smoking but it reeked of smoke

non smoking room smelt like smoke so we had to buy air freshener

stayed in a smoking room but of course you wouldn t want to sleep on blankets and sheets with burn holes in

smoking room no ashtray. no working ice machine was told to walk across the street to get ice
