biggest complaint and reason for the low score, was that it was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it reeked

room seemed neat, pretty up to date and clean except for the cigarette odor in a non smoking room

that the pool wasn't open the reason we went there was because of the pool

was not happy with the pool not having water

non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the ac was off entirely when we entered the room and it was too

there was really no breakfast
