was put in the smoking area without requesting it

was put on a smoking floor when i have asthma and a non working refrigerator

room were put in is a non smoking room but for some reason it still smelt like smoke

i thought i booked a double queen bed smoking room. not a kitchenette with 1 full size bed.

wifi almost never worked, water pressure in the shower was a little low

i booked for a non-smoking, and the lady i finally got ahold of over the phone while standing at the property

there are smoking rooms and a kitchen, which is very handy. and they allow pets.

fact that people don t respect non smoking rooms , not everyone is ok with that and have certain health
