we enjoyed everything but the smell in the hallways they smelled and the pool was not warmed

location, easy parking, clean, small issue when arrived that we didn t have hot water but issue was fixed

the shuttle that took us to the wedding and the location of the hotel to the wedding reception

bar staff was rude

restaurant and bar staff exceptional. very acommodating.

the pool and hot tub where very nice and kept at a great temperature

the best thing i liked about the hotel was it's pet friendly policy

always kids in the hot tub not suppose to be rules never

it was nice to have a bar on-site for a drink/snack at night

were appreciated nice pressure in shower, free coffee in lobby but always out, conveinent close parking, nice

breakfast was abundant and kids loved waffle bar

there was no indoor pool or hot tub to use

gym was super small

the only pool was outdoors.

the breakfast each morning was delicious - our picky toddlers would eat every last bite

laundry machines need cleaned of detergent muck buildup

pool wasn't open

very small bar refrigerator, but no freezer

kind staff, big rooms and big bathrooms which were nicely decorated, lots of amenities, pool was great and hot

i have young kids , they could have found them

the room was very large and comfortable. the kitchen area was very clean

pool was temporarily closed and not open during our stay.

was great, down to the front desk staff, housekeeping & kitchen crew

loved our spacious room with sofa, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and kitchen supplies since we stayed a

free shuttle to event run by the hotel, not the event, with no additional charge

use a shuttle service to tmg and a water refuelling station in the walls for easy access to water

room service only upon request

pool was crowded with rowdy kids many of whom were unattended

the bartender at the bar was phenomenal!!! room was cozy food was great location was perfect

the hotel also has a free shuttle to the mall and the breakfast downstairs is ok

they also provide a shuttle service back and forth

the hotel has a shuttle, which will take you to the area attractions like valley forge national historical park

we had to drive around and wait for a parking spot or drive down to a overflow parking lot and shuttle over

the complimentary shuttle and breakfast made the stay even more enjoyable

hotel has shuttle bus to take you to the nearby facilities that s a plus

we had a great stay from the complimentary shuttle from double tree to the valley forge casino, to the hospitality
