my son loved the pool but it was really cold since the heater was broken

no pool, no restaurant, no gym, no room service, drink machines were empty on the room floor, trash was over

no phone or wifi in entire facility

unless a traveler is aware that you must proceed thru several parking lots to gain access to the front door,

staff were always in the hall with laundry carts and stood right in the middle so one could not get by

received upgraded room with kitchenette , 1 queen bed and pull out sofa bed

for the wifi to not work in the hotel rooms was a huge disappointment

and my kids loved the pool

also my work laptop blocked the wifi for my device

pool hours was a plus for my kids after spending the day on jmu campus in the heat

no shuttle when it said there was free airport shuttle

arrived later than expected but the front desk lady still arranged a shuttle for me from the airport, saving me

modern, clean, plenty of parking, good breakfast, spacious.

but there s a dunkin donuts in the same parking lot as the hotel
