shuttle bus was not running even though our morning welcome message said it would be

they had a shuttle to the kansas speedway which was nice but could use more shuttles

great location close to hollywood casino, since the casino does not have a hotel

room service doesn't start till 7am

the manager from the atrium restaurant was very rude to me with my wife and kids during happy hour reception

traveled with two children and i love that the hotel provided breakfast similar to what i cook at home

after asking for room service 3 times we decided to ask for a room change

nice gym with free weights, bench, cable machine, treadmills, elliptical and rowing machine

drinks at the verbena bar were excellent

we really liked the availability of the complimentary shuttle service to restaurants in the country club plaza

they do have a shuttle, but just know you aren't going to be walking out the front door and into the shopping

sent emails prior to my stay to enquire about airport shuttle service and to book an extra night - never got an
