appreciated the fact that the hotel had a shuttle
i needed the shuttle to go to airport at 9:45 pm and was told the service stopped at 8 pm
wish shuttle went more places... horse races ..concert etc...
location with free shuttle to the florence mall and airport

we had a very nice room with a kitchenette
breakfast included a large variety of options and was continually replenished
hotel is very clean and the breakfast was more than i was expecting
breakfast area was kept well-maintained in the mornings and the kids had fun in the pool
our suite had a nice kitchen area with everything you could need for an extended stay

bed and pillow so comfortable for good night sleep shuttle bus to
