friendly staff, good restaurant oaklands, very good dinner, handy shuttle service

no shuttle into town, but other than that, nothing!

could have used a shuttle as the location is a bit far from the wineries etc.

no need to call a cab, the friendly staff will even shuttle you there rain or shine

not enough seating for breakfast not enough towel rails need a bus/shuttle stop near the hotel
