my son loved the pool but it was really cold since the heater was broken

no pool, no restaurant, no gym, no room service, drink machines were empty on the room floor, trash was over

no phone or wifi in entire facility

unless a traveler is aware that you must proceed thru several parking lots to gain access to the front door,

staff were always in the hall with laundry carts and stood right in the middle so one could not get by

received upgraded room with kitchenette , 1 queen bed and pull out sofa bed

for the wifi to not work in the hotel rooms was a huge disappointment

and my kids loved the pool

also my work laptop blocked the wifi for my device

pool hours was a plus for my kids after spending the day on jmu campus in the heat

the hotel staff are friendly, they offer free shuttle service and the hotel is clean.

wasn t encouraged to use shuttle. was told airport pickups were priority!

it is a nice hotel with the courteous staff. the flight crew stayed here and i liked the shuttle

hotel advertises that it has an airport shuttle - it does not

i used the free shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am so my husband could continue sleeping

the airport shuttle will bring you restaurants or stores within a 3 mile radius

the staff was very helpful in scheduling the shuttle to take me to the train station

staff and shuttle driver were so polite and friendly and helpful!

clean, easy to get too, meals good, pool, exceptional staff, shuttle!

i also appreciated the shuttle since we arrived at the airport at 11:30 pm
