they apologized for the shuttle to the wedding venue being late- which made us embarrassingly late for the
courtesy shuttle
the pool area was excellent, rooms clean and the staff was super friendly and great customer service

is awesome :-) he transported us to the gervasi winery and was very accommodating in the shuttle services he
stayed there bc they said they would shuttle us to winery and pick us up then said they could not pick us up
your shuttle broke and was told i had to find my own transportation
the entire hotel has been renovated and we were upgraded to a suite with free breakfast for our anniversary
room very comfortable & convenient. very stylish. breakfast was perfect, as well as my service.
