why isn t the hotel connected to casino relying on shuttle and too far to walk

the two employees there on saturday, july 18, 2020 that drove the shuttle to the casino were wonderful

we took advantage of the shuttle service and the drivers were very friendly and helpful

to the casino was enclosed but it wasn t and the weather was cold and rainy and there were no shuttles available

the shuttle to the casino saved us from walking

also the shuttle service was not available every day, which was a big reason why i chose to book this hotel
