no shuttle when it said there was free airport shuttle

arrived later than expected but the front desk lady still arranged a shuttle for me from the airport, saving me

pool not open, renovations going on

clean room and great breakfast.

the location and the fact that there was a dunkin donutns right across in the parking lot.

shuttle was reason we chose it and it was very convenient and easy drive to airport

the shuttle to the airport! the 1/2 price appetizers with a drink!

i also appreciated the shuttle since we arrived at the airport at 11:30 pm

very clean hotel. the staff were very helpful.the hotel has a shuttle to get you to the airport.

i used the free shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am so my husband could continue sleeping

wasn t encouraged to use shuttle. was told airport pickups were priority!

the hotel staff are friendly, they offer free shuttle service and the hotel is clean.

it is a nice hotel with the courteous staff. the flight crew stayed here and i liked the shuttle

staff were always in the hall with laundry carts and stood right in the middle so one could not get by

so you either look at the lowes parking lot or the pool, or the wall

the gym needs a few more weights and the equipment for the pulley machine is missing

rooms are large with a full kitchen, and the king size bed was super comfy

nice indoor pool was clean, warm, lots of towels etc

the pool(kids favorite) the staff and hotel was super quiet even with other guest around

everything was very clean. the staff was helpful and friendly. pool was warm, kids had a blast.

also, the complimentary wifi was really slow
