free breakfast, easy airport shuttle, okay resort for the price, great pools

we appreciated the generous breakfast buffet and the free shuttle to the airport

where the breakfast locations were, setting up a credit card on file, and how the airport shuttle worked)

the gardens ,pool and beach was well maintained and beautiful

the women at the reception didn t want to allow us to get acces to the wifi until we pay (we just wanted

property is nice, the beach is clean, the swimming pool is very nice, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and

just a bit twisty the way from the building to the main swimming pool

a lot of things to do for kids the rooms are clean and comfortable

upon arrival they ask for documents for kids that weren t made aware to us before traveling, so check in took

the only thing we liked was the food and the pool

when on vacation no one wants to deal with maintenance issues or incorrect pricing the laundry is not practical

the parking lot is safely guarded but mostly dark and unsafe to drive in and move up and down the ramps

it was located on the 3rd floor right be a gorgeous pool but extremely loud

beach curfew at 6pm meals were an additional cost must take shuttle to other properties

besides this, breakfast at irotama is not worth it

location: it's perfect for families with kids, the amenities:there is enough space even when the hotel is fully

breakfast could be healthier
