pool was dirty and closed they lied saying because of covid then i had my husband call then they

1 roll of toilet tissue weak internet/wifi cleaning staff didn't change sheets, replace towels

to virus precautions no pool or gym but that was ok

didn't like that room service wasn't available on the weekend.

everything on the breakfast bar was microwaved into a carcinogenic facsimile of real food

no shuttle services on the weekend.

staff was all kids, nothing worked , didn't fix nothing, my phone in my room didn't work all long of my stay

the bathroom shower in the room they gave us had mold in it & kids kept running up and down the halls knocking

also, i called to ask if they shuttled to verizon amphitheater before i booked and they told me yes
