hotel was advertised to have an airport shuttle

shuttle service to and from airport, but they did not have a car seat for my 1 year old grandson

booked for the airport shuttle and van broken.

the toilet paper was gone when we stayed there it was a non smoking room but still smelled like smoke there

it was dirty the sink didn't work in our kitchenette there was blood on the curtains and box spring had blood

the security they have through out the hotel, this is the main reason i will be back with my kids

very comfortable hotel with fab pool.

i had a problem with my room service dinner order

had a nice swim in the pool
