the shuttle does not run anymore

liked that the property was close to the airport and offered a shuttle service

staff, beautiful lobby, food from the restaurant was very good and really appreciated the shuttle to the airport

this hotel does not have a shuttle!!!!!! wrongly advertised. do not stay here!

hot tub was not hot enough. jets were weak. shuttle was not running.

the website offers free shuttle to airport but they were late picking me up and when i scheduled the next day

it's convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle.

lastly, i am excited that there is now room service, recommend; chicken wings, chicken sandwich and salmon

the hotel is listed pet friendly however, it does not disclose the fee of $50 dollars per day per pet

wish the pool was open later for adults only time

the courtesy shuttle to the airport only runs on the hour so you either sit at the airport or at the hotel

make sure when arranging a shuttle to and from hotel, you have verbal confirmation and follow-up shortly before

shuttle didn't pick us up from airport even though i'd received several texts assuring they would

full size beds for 4 people is a little rough - even for a family with 2 kids

staff was attentive to room service calls and made sure we were happy
