loved the kitchenette & layout of the room.

no wifi incompetent staff at the desk

clean and nice the breakfast is one of the best i've ever seen in a hotel setting

crowded and cluttered with a door open to the kitchen and 2 women kind of hovering the whole time

the breakfast was not so good, but everything else was so amazing, it didn't matter that much.

pet fee is more than the room rate.

smelled like it was a pet allowed room had an odor from not being cleaned for a while

the pool was not clear.

the only downside was our room was literally right above the pool and there is zero sound barrier, so you hear

the pool didn't open until 10 am. would be nice to get in the pool earlier.

we loved that you had a shuttle for our event. tony the driver was great the hot tub was nice

great location for quick access to the airport and free shuttle service.

room was clean, love the spa tub next to the bed

family friendly kids loved pool and hot tub breakfast was amazing staff excellent
