the shuttle the hotel took us over to get our rental car without fuss
liked the fact they had a shuttle bus that would take us anywhere within a 5-mile radius of the hotel
and the free shuttle to memphis airport was great
the shuttle was convenient to transport my party to an event
wished they offered more shuttle times.

limited parking
due to covid 19 no clean towels for pool or for room was available for well over 12 hours
pet fee is $150 per night. ridiculous. rude desk person.

there was no airport shuttle when it was advertised as having one
shuttle was available from airport when u arrived on friday
hotel was very clean, breakfast was hot & good
