the shuttle service was great and the casino was very enjoyable

even the slightly-farther locations on the property are easily accessible to prompt and frequent shuttles

the shuttle which transported from different areas of the property was prompt and super

location, clean hotel overall, and restaurant was great. hotel shuttle was a plus

close to wvu and the restaurant was amazing. we also used the shuttle to the field

there was no courtesy shuttle as advertised and the desk clerk lied to us about why

that keith was so willing to pick up up in the shuttle, even in a storm

the hot tub pool was broke. and no free breakfast and the shuttle van was not working

great room & staff. in house restaurant and shuttle services were great.

and staff were excellent; person checking me in was friendly and the shuttle service (marty) was great

also the shuttle took us to the hospital that was nice not having to fight for a parking spot once we got

i would have liked the shuttle van to run past 7 and for it to run on the weekends, especially when there is
