and staff were excellent; person checking me in was friendly and the shuttle service (marty) was great

a little disappointed when there was no shuttle service for us to go downtown for the evening as we were on

to ask if the shuttle would be avail that day to the coliseum

shuttles take up 4 parking spots next to hotel

that keith was so willing to pick up up in the shuttle, even in a storm

like everything ,the staff, shuttle, restaurant the room and specially the neighborhood we will recommend this

close to wvu and the restaurant was amazing. we also used the shuttle to the field

very clean and the shuttle service to the coliseum is amazing

i would have liked the shuttle van to run past 7 and for it to run on the weekends, especially when there is

staff/breakfast/shuttle service

the shuttle service was wonderful, and the customer service from check-in until check-out was above my

the indoor pool looked as though it hadn t been cleaned in months, the shuttle service was running which we

needed sleep. didn t make breakfast cause of needing rest

got us an early check in and were so nice

parking lot was very icy when we arrived at night and not treated by morning upon checking out.
