staff was very good, the food was excellent, the steam bath on the fireplace were nice, the location is good

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to

fee per night which made no sense since there was no particular facilities, workout room or a pool

breakfast was very good. free passes to peak spa was so nice. loved mountain village.

this stay was our first time with kids in tow

it is off-season. the hotel shuttle and on-site bistro are not available or closed.

didn’t have a shuttle as advertised and there were no taxis/bus/shuttles anywhere in town to get to the airport

had a early flight out of durango and it was the only hotel that offered us a shuttle service to the airport

i had asked about a shuttle service during check in and was informed that i needed to make a reservation 24
