great help with shuttle to airport

i wish they had a taxi shuttle to the arena in town

the shuttle was ready when i got to the lobby at 4 am

shuttle for early flight was difficult to schedule

called the hotel multiple times to ask for their shuttle to pick us up

shuttle was not available from airport and paid $40 for cab.

all the reception staff and shuttle drivers were very pleasant

desk and van shuttle staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional

advertised that that have a shuttle to and from the airport, but it did not materialize for us

stated they had 24/7 shuttle service which indeed they didn t

like that there was a lounge on the 7th floor where our room was, so not too far for the kids

thing is i stayed for 7 nights and room service didn t come during the day

the pool was great with pretty warm water

wish room service had regular options all day like cookies, french fries, mozzarella sticks etc

enjoyed the swimming pool, bowling,

the basement bar and bowling alley

wish the spa was open on the weekend with longer hours. we didn t get to use facilities.

could put one more towel bar or rack in the bathroom - there was only one, very narrow one

the parking was horrible!!! i walked and walked in the rain after finding a place to park!
