that i ask if the shuttle can take me downtown and they told me no

no laundry room. the shuttle service was absolutely horrible.

i was able to use the gym which was equipped with a good amount of exercising equipment which was also clean

the continental breakfast was delicious

there were no towels nor water at the gym
